Shipping and Returns

Shipping in Australia:

Free standard shipping for orders over $50

Standard shipping to anywhere in Australia: $12

Express post shipping to anywhere in Australia: $28

Postage prices will increase incrementally as the weight of the order increases over 2kg.

Please allow 7-14 business days after your order has been fulfilled for your heavenly scents to arrive. Ensure that your delivery address will not have your melts or candles left in the sun. 

International Shipping: We currently do not offer international shipping 😔

Returns Policy

Scent from Heaven takes all care when shipping your heavenly scents, and will take no responsibility for items damaged in transit. Refunds or exchanges will only be accepted if we have sent you the wrong item or the item is defective. Refunds or exchanges will not be accepted for change of mind. The cost of the return shipping will be your own expense but if you are replacing an item we will forward the new item to you at not additional cost.
